Vendor Rules & Guidelines:

1. Registration:

• All vendors must register in advance by October 21st to secure a spot.
• Booth fees must be paid in full by October 21st. No late payments will be accepted.

2. Setup & Breakdown:

• Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 7am on the event day. All booths must be set up and ready by 9am.
• Breakdown Time: Breakdown begins no earlier than 4pm. Vendors must remove all items and leave the area clean.
• No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area during the event hours.

3. Booth Space:

• Booth spaces are 10 x 20 in size and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Food Truck or Boutique Trailers will be given enough space for their setup
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays.
• All displays must remain within the assigned booth area and must not block walkways.
• CAR SHOW ENTRANTS will be sent an additional registration form by email to get more information regarding entries.

4. Power & Lighting:

• No electricity will be provided. Plan accordingly.

5. Products & Services:

• Vendors may only sell approved products or services as outlined in their registration form.
• No sales of illegal or inappropriate items (e.g., weapons, adult material, or hazardous items) are allowed.
• Vendors are encouraged to embrace the Halloween theme with spooky decorations or themed merchandise.

6. Permits & Licenses:

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required by local regulations.
• Food vendors must comply with local health department rules and provide a valid permit.

7. Cleanliness & Trash:

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth areas clean throughout the event.
• Trash must be disposed of in designated bins. No littering is allowed.

8. Conduct:

• Vendors must maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.
• No loud music, shouting, or disruptive activities are permitted.

9. Insurance:

• Vendors are encouraged to have liability insurance. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury.

10. Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 19th.

11. Security:

• Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise. The event organizers will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
